We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our lovely, homely setting in Weybridge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Provide high-quality childcare, ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of each child are met.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the well-being of the children.
- Uphold nursery policies and procedures while promoting best practices in Early Childhood Education.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is required.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, coupled with the ability to inspire young learners.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
