A long-established and highly respected security and fire safety provider is looking to expand its engineering team with the addition of a Fire & Security Service Engineer. The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of fire and security systems across residential and commercial sites. Most sites are located within a manageable travel distance, typically around 45 minutes from home.
Engineers generally start on-site around 8:30am, with a one-hour lunch break, and the role offers a balanced working schedule with limited travel expectations.
Salary
The company offers a clear salary structure depending on experience:
1–3 years' experience:
£32,000 – £37,000 basic salary
Typical guaranteed earnings of £41,000 – £45,000
4+ years' experience:
£41,000 – £47,500 basic salary
Typical guaranteed earnings of £52,000 – £57,500
Engineers also receive a highly achievable 10% performance bonus, which most engineers consistently achieve.

Requirements
