This is a full-time remote role for a (Senior) Industry Analyst Relations Manager supporting the client EMEA AR team at a large software company by executing an industry analyst relations programs, building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, scheduling analyst briefings and meetings, managing analyst inquiries, and tracking analyst coverage and opinions. The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between analyst relations and other company initiatives.
Skills and qualifications.
- Excellent writing skills are essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Very good project management skills and organisational capabilities, including event planning.
- Proven experience in analyst relations or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B technology industry and analyst landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with analysts and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and across several client accounts
- Experience in managing analyst briefings and inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- IIAR> certification highly desirable.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, etc).

Role and responsibilities.
- Manage clients AR plans and track outcomes on a day to day basis.
- Plan and execute AR campaigns.
- Schedule and organise analyst briefings, including preparing briefing books and logistics, capturing and communicating insights. analysts.
- Prepare monthly reports and manage regular client calls.
- Manage stakeholders and nurture ongoing client relationships.
