The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop a long-term career in management. You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, team leadership and business operations while learning how successful teams and client campaigns are managed.
From your first day, you'll receive ongoing coaching and mentoring, giving you the knowledge, confidence and practical experience needed to progress into a management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognised brands through sales and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the delivery of client campaigns and business objectives
- Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and performance management
- Assist with coaching, mentoring and developing new team members
- Develop an understanding of recruitment, business operations and client management
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to achieving team targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results
