Pennies at Newnham Court are recruiting a Deputy Room Leader for the baby room. This role requires you to have at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and at least 1 year's work experience working in a nursery environment, leadership experience is desirable.
The role is a 4 day position working 37.5hrs per week worked over 4 days between Monday and Friday. This role is to start ASAP. Salary will be dependant on qualifications and experience. You must hold a full and relevant qualification in the early years.
The shift pattern of the nursery is 7.20am to 17.20pm and 8.30am and 18.30pm and staff tend to work one week of earlies and one week of lates.
