We are looking for a motivated and reliable Landscaping Labourer to join our growing team, specialising in the construction of premium outdoor spaces. We deliver high-quality residential landscaping projects with exceptional attention to detail, creating bespoke gardens that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the construction of high-end landscape projects from start to finish.
- Site preparation, excavation, and groundwork.
- Assisting with the installation of porcelain paving, natural stone, block paving, and edgings.
- Supporting the construction of retaining walls, steps, fencing, decking, and pergolas.
- Assisting with turfing, planting, irrigation, and finishing works.
- Safely loading, unloading, and handling landscaping materials and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Working alongside experienced landscapers to deliver projects to the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundwork, or construction is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the business.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- CSCS card is advantageous but not essential.
