Chatham Square Management Company Limited is looking for a reliable and proactive Handy Person / Maintenance Operative to help maintain our residential estate to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance.
- Painting and decorating communal areas.
- Basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs.
- Replace communal lighting.
- Repair and adjust doors, locks and door closers.
- Keep plant rooms clean and organised.
- Jet wash communal areas, gardens and car park.
- Complete routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work.
- Support the Estate Management and Concierge teams when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role.
- Good all-round DIY and repair skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
