Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Assistant, Burger Chef, and Japanese Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation for burgers, Japanese dishes, and other menu items, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met
- Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support meal preparation during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Handle food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Serve food to customers when required, providing friendly and efficient service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer satisfaction
Skills
- Don't Need Experience, Training will provided.
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary environment- students are welcome for part time.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure during busy service times
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques
- Familiarity with meal preparation for diverse cuisines, especially burgers and Japanese dishes
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Passion for cookin with a desire to grow your skills in a lively restaurant setting
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
