We have a post for an enthusiastic and experienced Speciality grade doctor in ENT, for a 12-month fixed term contract.
On appointment they will work across all three principal sites, Watford General Hospital, St Albans City Hospitals and Hemel Hempstead Hospital, providing general ENT outpatient and elective surgical care.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring safe working practices by maintaining and providing evidence of their skills as outlined nationally in the generic capabilities’ framework for the speciality grade. They will also conduct their duties with regard to the Trust’s vision and values and behaviour framework.
This role will include 2nd on call cover within the working day at West Herts, as well as potentially join the on-call rota via East & North Herts and requires the individual to have their own transport, full registration with GMC, and 6 months experience in NHS.
With a new hospital planned for Watford, work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital and plans for a neighbourhood healthcare centre in Hemel Hempstead, this is an exciting time to join us.
