We are seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Lettings & Property Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Landlord Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
- Manage email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, ensuring they are kept informed at every stage.
Lettings Process Management
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Handle all follow-up communication with prospective tenants.
- Oversee the full pre-tenancy process including:
- Tenant referencing
- Collecting required documentation
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants to ensure the property is prepared for letting
- Coordinating move-in dates and requirements
Pre-Move-In Administration
- Prepare and complete tenancy agreements and related paperwork.
- Produce detailed inventories and ensure accuracy of property condition reports.
- Carry out tenant check-ins and ensure a smooth handover of keys and information.
General Office & Compliance Duties
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Ensure all lettings activities comply with current legislation and company policies.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in lettings or property management preferred.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence REQUIRED.
- Confidence in using technology and property management software to track leads and updates
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
