Job Summary
Pisos Industrial Flooring Solutions Ltd is seeking a Flooring Projects Manager to oversee commercial and industrial flooring projects from initial planning through installation and handover. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
What You'll Do
- Manage industrial and commercial flooring projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project programmes, budgets, labour plans, and material schedules.
- Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site representatives.
- Review site surveys, drawings, specifications, and flooring requirements.
- Oversee surface preparation and the installation of resin, epoxy, polyurethane, vinyl, and specialist flooring systems.
- Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and operational risks.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and labour are available when required.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical or installation issues.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety and site-management procedures.
- Manage client communication, project updates, and variation requests.
- Complete quality inspections, snagging, documentation, and project handovers.
- Support tender preparation, quotations, and future project planning.
Requirements
- Experience managing flooring, construction, fit-out, or specialist installation projects.
- Knowledge of industrial flooring systems and surface-preparation methods.
- Strong project-planning, budgeting, and subcontractor-management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site documentation.
- Understanding of UK construction health and safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, or a recognised project-management qualification is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Pay: £4,000.00-£5,500.00 per month
