We’re looking for a charismatic,calm,and endlessly charming Door Host to be the first face of Kamara. Perched on Poland Street,just off Soho’s electric rhythm,Kamara is an East-Med cocktail bar dedicated to refined hospitality,sensory storytelling,and genuine connection.
As our Door Host,you’ll set the tone. From greeting booked guests like old friends to gently guiding curious passersby into the Kamara orbit,you’re the usher to something unforgettable. You know the streets,you know the vibe,and if there’s no table? Well… maybe you know a guy.

- A warm welcome. You’re confident,composed,and know how to make every person feel like they belong; whether they’re on the list or just intrigued by the buzz.
- Effortless energy. You’re naturally switched on,tuned into the crowd,and able to read the street without forcing it.
- Smooth operator. You know how to handle tricky moments gracefully; from delays to full bookings,and you never lose your cool.
- Team player. You’re the connective tissue between the door,bar,and floor,always communicating,always in flow.
