Our services include kitchen supply and installation, bespoke joinery, flooring, underfloor heating, plastering, tiling and complete home renovations. Due to continued business growth, we're looking for an experienced Plasterer / Tiler (Multi-Trader) to join our expanding team.

The Role
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader whose primary strengths are plastering and tiling. You'll work on a variety of residential renovation projects, often as part of our kitchen installation team, helping transform homes to an exceptional standard.
This is a hands-on role where quality is more important than speed. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the finish they leave behind and enjoys working as part of a professional team.
Travel to customer properties across the surrounding areas will be required.
Responsibilities
- Skimming walls and ceilings
- Re-skimming existing surfaces
- Patch repairs and making good
- Dry lining and plasterboarding
- Preparing walls and ceilings ready for decoration
- Floor preparation using latex and self-levelling compounds
- Wall tiling
- Floor tiling
- Kitchen splashbacks
- Bathroom tiling
- Silicone finishing
- Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Delivering excellent customer service on every project
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in plastering
- Strong experience in wall and floor tiling
- Experience using latex/self-levelling compounds
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van
- Own tools
- Public Liability Insurance
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
Although not essential, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Kitchen installations
- Flooring installation
- Underfloor heating
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Decorating
- General property maintenance
- Working on high-end residential projects
