The business will be called The Roofing Outlaw, and we are looking for a motivated leader to run the branch and drive our success from day one!If you know the trade, love dealing with customers, and want a role where your hard work directly impacts your earnings, this is for you.
What you will do
* Provide excellent customer service to local tradespeople.
* Take customer orders over the phone and at the counter.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently for delivery or collection.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors.
* Manage day-to-day branch operations and stock.
* What we are looking for:Previous experience working in a builders/roofing merchants OR deep knowledge of roofing products.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A strong network or existing connections within the local construction industry (a major plus!).
* A hands-on, proactive attitude to managing orders and stock.
