Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead and oversee our home care services. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained.
- Develop, review, and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
- Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management to foster a motivated and competent workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and safeguarding protocols.
- Oversee medication administration procedures and ensure accurate documentation in line with legal requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to promote trust and service excellence.
- Monitor service quality through audits, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior or dementia care.
- Demonstrable management or supervising experience within a home care or care home setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams effectively.
- Knowledge of care planning processes and experience managing medication administration procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as CQC requirements and safeguarding policies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and team members.
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or social care; additional certifications in dementia or Alzheimer’s care are desirable.

Pay: £29,688.96-£37,500.00 per year
