As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enabling people to achieve their goals, grow in confidence, and live fulfilling lives. Every day, you’ll stand alongside people to keep them active, connected, and in control of their own life.
- Day service hours are between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday with your availability to cover the whole or part of these hours
- The service is open all week days throughout the year with the exception of bank holidays

As casual staff day centre staff you will initially be based at the day service ,however there is an opportunity to work shifts throughout other services in the area

Candidates should be outgoing , fun and prepared to work as part of a team. A flexible attitude that can be adapted to suit the many individuals who attend is important ,along with caring and compassionate support that align with our values
What You’ll Be Doing

Enable people to make their own choices and live life in a way that feels right for them

Encourage participation in social, leisure, work, and community activities that bring connection and enjoyment

Promote health, safety, and wellbeing while respecting people’s decisions

Support people to attend health appointments and manage medication confidently

Build independence step by step, so people gain new skills and self-belief

Stand alongside people to manage daily life with confidence, including personal care when needed

Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices to ensure everyone is safe and supported
Who you are
