- Good organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to lead and manage other members of staff
- High standards of cleanliness and food presentation
- The ability to stay calm and take control during busy periods
- A reliable and professional attitude
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership of a kitchen.
You should be the type of person who notices when prep is falling behind, standards are slipping or service is becoming disorganised — and deals with it.
You will be expected to set the pace for the team, maintain standards and make sure customers receive great food with fast, friendly service.
This role would suit an experienced café chef, kitchen supervisor, cook or kitchen manager who is ready to take responsibility for their own kitchen.
If you can cook, lead a team and run a fast, organised kitchen, we’d like to hear from you.
Pay: £12.71-£14.71 per hour
