As Home Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will inspire and support your team while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the home.
Leading, motivating, and developing the team.
Ensuring safe staffing levels and overseeing recruitment.
Managing budgets and maintaining financial performance.
Promoting high-quality, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring quality, managing complaints, and driving continuous improvement.
Supporting effective care planning and ensuring staff are fully trained.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Compassionate, motivated, reliable, and approachable.
Ability to prioritise workloads and lead a successful team.
