Parts Advisor - Stockport Land Rover

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our specialist team, supporting an exceptional portfolio of luxury vehicles at Land Rover Stockport.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium environment where attention to detail, teamwork and outstanding customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
About the role
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers and technicians receive the right parts, at the right time.
Working collaboratively across the business, you'll build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers while delivering a seamless, first-class service.
About you
We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
Ideally, you'll have:

Strong IT skills and the confidence to work with parts catalogues and dealership systems.

Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential – we will provide training and coaching to the right candidate.
