An opportunity has arisen to recruit a band 3 Business Support Administrator within the Prison In reach Service.
In this role you will play a key role in supporting the effective running of the Prison In Reach Service, ensuring efficient administration, coordination, and communication to support patient care pathways.
The Memory and Dementia Pathway will provide you with a supportive environment in which to fully utilise and develop your skills and knowledge in working in a challenging community setting as part of a truly holistic system of health and social care.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Manage referrals, appointments, and patient records accurately and efficiently
Maintain databases, electronic systems, and documentation in line with information governance requirements
Support service reporting, data collection, and performance monitoring
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
