Resonance Energywear is the world's first Energywear brand — pioneering mineral-infused clothing that works with the body's natural systems to support performance, recovery, and balance. Built at the intersection of science, movement, and design, we're not just making clothes — we're engineering what you wear to actively support how you feel, move, and recover. It's been three months since we launched, we're growing fast, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.
We're looking for a short-form video editor to join the team and grow with the brand from the early stages.
What you'll be doing
- Editing short-form videos across branded content, brand storytelling, founder-led content, ads, public interviews, public testing content, and trending formats
- Consistently producing 14 videos per week to a high standard
- Creating content for short-form platforms including TikTok and Shorts
- Adding captions, SFX, motion graphics, and hooks that stop the scroll
- Working closely with the Resonance content team in person and remotely
- Turning edits around quickly and communicating clearly throughout
What we're looking for
- Confident editing skills — proficient in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Fast turnaround time — this matters a lot to us
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- A good eye for trending content, pacing, hooks, and brand style
- Comfortable editing across multiple formats — branded, documentary, ads, founder-led, interviews, and trending content
- Reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
- Based in or able to travel to North Greenwich, London at least twice a week
- Someone who cares about the work and wants to grow with a brand, not just complete tasks

This is an ongoing retainer role starting at £1,500 per month for up to 14 videos per week. Primarily remote with at least two in-person team days per week in North Greenwich, London.
