Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements, translating business needs into comprehensive solution architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures utilizing cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, incorporating microservices and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Develop detailed technical documentation including UML diagrams, system design specifications, and API schemas to guide development teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks (e.g., Spring Framework,.NET, Ember.js), and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) to optimize system performance.
- Oversee the integration of diverse components such as databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle), web services (REST, SOAP), and front-end technologies (Angular, React, HTML/CSS) ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Provide technical mentorship to development teams on best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, DevOps methodologies, and system security.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards for quality assurance, compliance, and security while supporting continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution architecture or senior software engineering roles with a strong understanding of system design principles.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture including AWS or Azure services; experience with cloud computing concepts such as S3 storage or container orchestration with Kubernetes is essential.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, C#, Python, JavaScript (including frameworks like Angular or React), and familiarity with web development standards like HTML/CSS.
- Hands-on experience with APIs (RESTful and SOAP), web services integration, microservices architecture, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Ansible.
- Strong background in database management systems including SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as SDLC and Agile practices; experience with version control systems like Git or SVN is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
