Senior Gymnastics Coach | Level 2-3+ | Stevenage
Part-time | Evenings & Weekends | £12-£22/hour
Swan Academy has been one of Hertfordshire’s leading gymnastics clubs for over 14 years. With more than 600 members and a world-class Head Coach, we are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an experienced, high-quality coach to join our team.
Class Times
We run sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday evenings, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. We are looking for someone who can commit consistently and bring genuine expertise to every session.
What you'll be doing
Leading and delivering high-quality coaching across our development and squad programmes for children aged 3 and upwards. You will take ownership of your groups, plan progressive sessions, and play a key role in the development of our athletes. Experience in WAG, MAG or General gymnastics is welcome.
What you'll need ✅
A Level 2 or above coaching qualification from British Gymnastics or the International Gymnastics Association (IGA) is essential. Proven experience coaching at development or squad level. A current DBS check and valid safeguarding certificate. The ability to plan and deliver structured, progressive programmes independently. Strong communication skills with children, parents and fellow coaches.
