As an Education & Support Practitioner at Bloom CIC, you will support young people with SEND throughout their day, helping them to develop educational, social, and life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
You will provide holistic, person-centred support, tailored to individual needs, and assist with the delivery of engaging, practical learning activities.
Key duties include:
- Providing holistic support to meet the educational, emotional, and wellbeing needs of students
- Supporting learning and development across all aspects of the day
- Assisting with practical educational activities, including cooking, and community based learning
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
- Ensuring the safe storage, handling, and use of educational resources
- Supporting daily routines and contributing to positive behaviour and engagement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support
