Your Role
- Organise and deliver a variety of exciting games, crafts, sports, and creative activities
- Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive space where every child feels welcome
- Encourage children to build friendships, develop confidence, and explore their interests
- Work closely with parents and carers, sharing updates about children's experiences and progress
- Help maintain a positive atmosphere where children can unwind, have fun, and flourish after school
About You
- You genuinely enjoy working with children and supporting their development
- You're reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy being part of a team
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Playwork, Childcare, or a related field is desirable, although not essential
- Experience working with children in schools, clubs, holiday programmes, sports coaching, or voluntary roles would be an advantage
- Most importantly, you bring energy, creativity, and a caring approach to everything you do
