This position is essential in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in accordance with company standards.Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas and storage rooms
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene regulations are followed
- Removing waste and keeping bin areas tidy
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
