The Window Company is an award winning commercial window installation company. We are family owned with a friendly atmosphere.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, to provide administrative support within a small, but fast paced, team.
Lots of telephone work so a confident telephone manner is essential.
The role involves:
- Data inputting
- Booking In Survey/Installation/Revisit Appointments
- Answering Resident queries
- Collating Survey Packs
- Updating database with order confirmations and delivery notes.
- Compliance administration
Full training will be given in our database and processes but a good knowledge of outlook, excel and word is essential for this role.
Continued development courses provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
