About the Role
Bima Kenya UK is seeking a relationship-focused Insurance Broker to advise clients on insurance solutions and help them find coverage suited to their needs. The successful candidate will build trusted client relationships while coordinating with insurers and maintaining strong regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client insurance requirements.
- Research and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare quotations and policy documentation.
- Negotiate terms with insurers and providers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Explain coverage, exclusions, and policy terms clearly.
- Assist clients with renewals and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance broking, sales, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-service and relationship-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Relevant insurance qualification is an advantage.
