We are an established independent company who specialise in mobile servicing and repairs on light commercial vehicles for the fleet industry. As our company continues to grow we are looking for an experienced vehicle technician / mechanic to join our expanding team covering Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas.
It’s a Monday to Friday position with NO WEEKENDS, your working day starts and finishes at home - no commuting to company base.
Each day you’ll get a pre-planned diary of work and travel to customer site locations to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs (No breakdowns or roadside work).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a change from the normal workshop environment.

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer site locations to carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on both cars and LCV’s
- Diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic equipment
- Carry out repairs to a professional industry standard
- Work in a safe, clean and responsible manner
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding
- Strong organisation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work alone and manage your own time
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
- For insurance purposes all candidates must be 24 or above

Salary
£36,000 - £38,000 (Dependant on experience)
