Duties

- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support hospitality services
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest or resident inquiries courteously and efficiently
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in hotel or commercial settings
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
