Account Executive role within 12-18 months, taking ownership of their own clients, running the sales

What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for generating opportunities that fuel the wider sales team.
You'll identify target companies, engage senior decision-makers and secure high-quality meetings that turn into revenue.
Your days will include:
- Researching and identifying target pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences organisations
- Speaking with senior stakeholders across multiple channels including phone, email and LinkedIn
- Building relationships and uncovering business challenges
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Working closely with Account Executives on target accounts and campaign strategy
- Managing activity accurately within the CRM
- Learning the commercial landscape of different therapy areas and healthcare markets
- Contributing ideas, testing new messaging and continually improving your approach
No two days are the same. One day you might be discussing a major industry congress with a global pharmaceutical company; the next, helping generate opportunities with a fast-growing biotech business.
