Job Summary
MR MOBILE & TECH LTD is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technician to support our IT systems, computer equipment, and network infrastructure. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring our systems run efficiently. You will also provide technical support to staff and help maintain secure and reliable IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
- Set up and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access using Active Directory.
- Monitor and maintain local networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus protection.
- Troubleshoot network, email, and connectivity problems.
- Support mobile devices and configure company smartphones and tablets.
- Maintain IT equipment records and perform regular system checks.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic Windows Server administration.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: £41,700.00 per year
