Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive production manager to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join our growing manufacturing business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is critical in leading factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, and aligning teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise daily manufacturing and production activities
- Create, maintain, and adapt production schedules to meet customer demand
- Lead, mentor, develop and manage production teams and team leaders
- Monitor factory output and resolve operational issues in real time
- Implement and track KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency
- Work with the Process Manager to improve productivity, workflow, and manufacturing processes
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensure materials, stock, and inventory availability to meet production needs
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, stock , quality, and office teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain high quality standards and health & safety compliance
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork
- Lead and Manage a successful team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Production Manager role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable experience with KPI management and operational reporting
- A proactive continuous improvement mindset
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Comfortable working within a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
Desirable Experience
- Background in manufacturing,
- Experience supporting scaling manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Leadership and Management experience
