Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customised fire safety training programmes for clients across different sectors.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate personnel on fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Assess organisational fire safety systems and recommend improvements based on current regulations and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments, continuously refining content for clarity and impact.
- Stay informed about evolving fire safety legislation, technological advancements, and industry trends to ensure training remains current and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Fire Safety.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices within the UK context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Organised with the capacity to develop detailed training materials customised to client needs.
- Ability to assess organisational requirements critically and recommend practical solutions.
- Relevant qualifications in fire safety or related fields are highly desirable.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
