Summary
We are looking for a Pastoral Mentor to join our passionate and inclusive pastoral team. You will work closely with pupils facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and fully engage with school life. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to the wellbeing, development, and life chances of young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one and group mentoring sessions.
- Supporting pupils from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Developing personalised support plans and interventions.
- Supporting attendance, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
- Working in partnership with families and external agencies.
- Promoting inclusion, equality and a sense of belonging for all pupils.

Essential Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 4 GCE/GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent, which should include English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent work experience of at least 2 years.

- Proven track record of working independently and being self-motivated
