An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join one of Northern Ireland's leading hospitality groups.
This Electrician role will suit a time-served Electrician with maintenance experience looking for a varied position across hotels, hospitality venues and licensed premises. Working as part of a small maintenance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.

The Role:
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across a range of hospitality properties.
- Support general maintenance activities including basic plumbing and building maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and complete planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Work closely with contractors, maintenance colleagues and department managers.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards across hotels and licensed premises.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately.
- Participate in a weekend rota, working one weekend in every four.
The Requirements:
- Time-served Electrician.
- Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience (5 years preferred).
- Previous experience within hospitality, facilities management, commercial buildings or a similar maintenance environment.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
Working Hours:
Weeks 1-3: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Week 4: 10:00am – 6:00pm, including Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week.
