We were established 10 years ago and have grown from strength to strength during that time, now employing a team of Chiller, Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Fire Engineers across the South East and North West, with over 30 engineers currently employed.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join our team and work across commercial sites throughout London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain and repair a range of commercial and industrial chiller systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and refrigeration faults, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
- Work on a variety of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Complete compressor, pump, condenser and evaporator-related maintenance and repairs.
- Carry out system checks, pressure testing, leak detection and refrigerant-related works where required.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide a high level of customer service.
- Complete detailed service reports, job sheets and maintenance records.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site representatives, providing technical advice where required.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current F-Gas, health & safety and industry regulations.
- Identify potential system issues and recommend remedial works to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in the 1 in 6 on-call rota, with 4 hours paid, door-to-door travel and £100 standby.
- Keep up to date with new chiller technology, manufacturers' requirements and industry developments.
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- F-Gas qualification
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent
- Proven experience working on commercial chillers
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with both air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with major chiller manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, York or Climaveneta
- Experience working within commercial buildings, offices, retail, healthcare or other large-scale environments
- Mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications
- Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
