Job Purpose
To provide expert Brow and Skin Treatments and Services, Consultations, 5* Service and advice to our clients, admin duties and sales within the prestigious Harrods Beauty store in Chester.
Main Duties
You will be responsible for:
- The role of Brow and Skin Specialist at Brow Spa is responsible for ensuring 5* Service and care to clients and guests
- Creating bespoke brows and glowing skin using various techniques
- Ensuring treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames
- Ensuring adequate stock for your treatments
- Keeping a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Booking in and amending appointments as required
- Delivering and participating in training as required
- Admin duties
- Selling products
- Taking pictures/videos and ensuring work is featured on social media (FB and Instagram)
- Meeting targets set
Person Specification
The below outline the Candidate requirements for this role:
Essential
- Experienced professional who is exceptional in brow, lash (lift) skin and beauty treatments (holding recognised qualifications and licenses)
- Passionate about brows and skin making a positive difference to customers through creating the best bespoke brows and beautiful skin and passion for learning new techniques and observing new brow trends
- Great team player, with a positive attitude to work and customers
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Sales skills/experience of meeting targets
- Social media skills
