Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and operations for a jewellery website. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Analytics, Office Suite, Email Marketing, B2B E-commerce, Social Media Management, Google Ads, SEO, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the jewellery website.
- Oversee and optimize the TikTok and Instagram shops.
- Handle all online sales through platforms like OpenXD.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Create engaging content and campaigns for social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and engagement on all platforms.
- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth
- Manage the company's online sales platforms and ensure they are optimised for user experience
- Utilise Google Analytics to track website traffic and customer behaviour
- Conduct email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions
- Oversee B2B e-commerce activities and maintain relationships with business clients
- Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Implement and monitor Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and sales
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in e-commerce and digital sales.
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of online sales and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management with a strong understanding of online sales processes
