Job Summary
We are seeking A dedicated diesel mechanical fitter to join the team to assure all plant/machinery a vehicles run smoothly. We run a fleet of excavators / dumpers / rollers of own which need regular repairs a maintenance. We have numerous sites up and down the country so will be traveling involved for onsite repairs and potentially staying overnight. We supply a fully fitted out maintenance vehicle so any repair can be carried out onsite.
Duties
Repair and maintain plant and vehicles
To keep all plant an vehicles maintained
Source parts for machines an form relationships with suppliers
Organise periodic services
Hire and off hire plant needed for sites
Source machinery when needed
Organise an source site welfare containers and fencing
Complete damage reports
Organise lgv services / mots
Keep test certs update on plant an machinery
small plant to be maintained an repaired when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
