Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is a global consulting firm whose passion is helping clients with their most difficult problems. With offices around the world, we are an integrated group of experts, industry leaders, academics, data scientists, and professionals working beyond borders and disciplines. We harness our collective expertise to deliver the inspired insights and practical strategies our clients need to stay ahead of what is next.
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our in-house legal team. This role is based in London, and the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, including regular interaction with members of BRG's legal team in both London and the United States.
This is a fast-paced and highly responsible position that requires an individual experienced in working with very busy professionals, who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities with little or no supervision, and deal with demanding clients while maintaining a positive attitude. The nature of this work is confidential and requires someone with a high level of proactivity, communication skills, discretion, and professionalism.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits package, and is a hybrid role based in London. The expectation is that the successful candidate will regularly attend the London office in accordance with the firm’s hybrid working policy.
Job Responsibilities

Required Experience and skills:
Experience in legal services, professional services (consulting), and/or an in-house legal setting is beneficial but not essential. However, proven experience working in an administration role, with regular interaction with clients, is a requirement
