Shift Pattern (Strict Requirement)
- Full-Time: 3 × 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) = 36 hours
You must be able to work full 12-hour night shifts on a permanent basis.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Temporary with a view to Permenant experienced Night Care Assistant to join our established night team. You must be confident working nights in a care home setting and committed to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key duties include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Safe assistance with mobility and transfers
- Supporting residents’ wellbeing throughout the night
- Medication administration (following training and procedures)
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a calm, safe environment
- Respecting residents’ dignity, privacy, and individual needs
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a UK care home
- Ability to work independently at night
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
- No requirement for visa sponsorship
- Age 21+ (night work and insurance requirements)
