We’re looking for a Service Team Member to join us at Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold and Foremark to support our busy teams across visitor operations. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help us meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service across different locations.
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract Duration: Fixed term until 31st December 2027
Working Hours: You will work 600 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll generally average 1 longer shift and 1 shorter shift per week, although this will vary with seasonal demand, with more shifts during the Summer and fewer in the quieter months. Shifts will include weekends and Bank Holidays, on a seven-day rota, so you should be prepared to work shifts on any day between Monday and Sunday.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to Senior Visitor Experience Officer , you’ll be part of a team of 8 within the wider Visitor Experience team who are responsible for ensuring visitors have a welcoming, streamlined experience.
What you'll be doing:The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. No two days will be the same. You’ll work across different visitor areas and sites, helping us meet our service targets.
You’ll also be on hand to resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way. Tasks could include welcoming visitors, car parking, function set ups, and answering questions to help people get the most out of their visit.
