Leisure Guard Security is seeking professional and experienced Security Officers to represent a globally recognised luxury brand in the heart of Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile security operation where discretion, vigilance, and exceptional customer service are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, clients, and luxury assets on-site
- Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with the luxury brand’s values
- Conduct regular patrols, monitoring, and incident reporting
- Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems (where applicable)
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- Work closely with store management and brand representatives to maintain a secure and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably within retail, hospitality, or high-end/luxury environments
- A valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional appearance and manner
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience dealing with VIPs or high-net-worth individuals
- First Aid certification
- Conflict management training
