ROLE: Hire Fleet Administrator
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Waterlooville

We're looking for a Hire Fleet Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, integration, harmonisation and growth of the hire fleet, ensuring full compliance while supporting sales from discovery through to customer‑approved commissioning.
- Identify stakeholders and confirm that the technical scope of supply aligns contractually, ensuring scope components are correctly selected, sized and integrated across process, mechanical and electrical requirements.
- Support the sales process by assisting with technical queries, sales iterations and proposal documentation, clearly identifying assumptions, customer responsibilities and exclusions outside the scope of offer.
- Manage hire fleet utilisation and take overall responsibility for new and replacement hire assets, including manufacture, refurbishment, performance, maintenance and compliance.
- Lead order review, project kick‑off and delivery activities, ensuring technical, commercial, contractual and timeframe compliance, supported by clear Project Execution Plans and stakeholder communication.
- Control and report hire project progress, procurement, site works, installation and commissioning activities, capturing success criteria, producing handover documentation and promoting continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven planning, organisational and timeline‑implementation skills.
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment‑related projects (preferred).
- Experience in hire fleet management (preferred).
