Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
Pay: £24,784pa + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Love travel? Love sales? This is the role for you.
We’re looking for experienced Travel Sales Advisors to join our Love Holidays outbound sales team. You’ll be speaking to customers who have already shown interest in booking a holiday — your job is to convert that interest into confirmed bookings and unforgettable experiences.
*** Travel industry experience is essential for this role ***
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads (customers who’ve abandoned their basket)
- Recommending and booking holiday packages
- Upselling extras such as transfers, insurance, seat upgrades, and baggage
- Handling inbound hot-key calls when required
- Working towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Delivering excellent customer service while closing the sale
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally within sales
- Proven ability to close sales and work to targets
- Confident, engaging communicator with strong rapport-building skills
- Motivated, resilient, and driven by commission
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound sales environment
