Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home. From leading shifts and supporting colleagues to overseeing medication, care planning and compliance, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents receive the highest standard of care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and supporting the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Working alongside the Deputy Manager to ensure the home runs efficiently.
- Administering and overseeing medication safely.
- Completing care assessments and maintaining accurate care records.
- Supporting safeguarding, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Coaching and developing colleagues while promoting a positive team culture.
- Ensuring residents enjoy a safe, happy and fulfilling environment.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar senior care role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, supportive approach to leading and developing others.
