We are delighted to be looking for a receptionist to join our front-of-house team. The role requires meeting and greeting our discerning patients, providing outstanding customer service and managing our new enquiries and following up on planned treatment. Our ideal candidate will be confident and will flourish working in a team environment that requires the utmost attention to detail.
We are offering an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled sales team that provides outstanding customer service in a beautiful, recently refurbished environment.
The role would be 35 hours a week.
You are:
· Passionate about providing a first-class customer service experience. Dental experience preferred but not essential.
· Amazingly well-organised and you always follow-up on requests
· An excellent communicator, both verbally (including a positive and friendly phone manner) and in writing
· An excellent listener with an empathic approach to customers and potential clients
· Able to work to the regulatory standards and understand the need to follow practice systems
· A positive “can-do” type of person who shows initiative is adaptable and can cope with change
· IT literate and numerate, with an eye for detail
· Ability to work under pressure whilst multitasking several tasks at once, whilst still providing seamless customer service and support to clients
· A team player who can work as part of the team or independently.
· Able to demonstrate sales ability and quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of people (including over the telephone)
