The role is a little different to the norm in estate agency, we are looking to hire someone with at least a years estate agency experience who would be working as a Sales Negotiator for a small part of the week, but mainly be out on appointments photographing, measuring up and doing descriptions on new properties coming to the market. The ideal candidate would be someone who is extremely organised, enjoys interacting with people, is able to multitask efficiently and preferably has an interest in marketing / photography. This individual will be responsible for representing our company in a positive manner during customer interactions and being an excellent communicator and someone who is able to build quick rapport with clients is crucial.
We're looking for dedicated, motivated individuals specifically with a great personality with previous experience in real estate of at least a year.
We offer a competitive commission structure, with an OTE of £30k - £37k and have a real reputation for offering good service, and the right candidate should have a passion for providing high standards of service.

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
