Clearview Glaziers are a leading supplier and installers of high quality windows, doors, and glass products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, professional and organised Receptionist to join our busy team.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently manage front-of-house responsibilities while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Welcome customers, suppliers, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Support appointment scheduling and diary coordination
- Assist with general office administration and filing
- Process customer enquiries and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, production, and installation teams
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous receptionist or office administration experience preferred
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30
Salary:
£28,000 - £38,000 per annum
